What are the server requirements for using this script?
You will need to have PHP enabled.
I can't do it, can you put a form on my website for me?
Sorry, SiteFormBuilder is a free online service and we cannot provide
1-to-1 support. However everything is well documented in the help section
of this website.

I am making an order form, is it safe to take credit card details?
The forms SiteFormBuilder generates are fine for taking orders details
such as name, address and product details. However it is NOT SAFE to take
peoples credit card details... to do this we advise you to use a 3rd party
payment processor such as PayPal.
Will Adverts be displayed on my website?
No advertisements will be shown on your form or website (other than the
small text link to SiteFormBuilder.com).
Are there any limits to how many forms I can make, or how many
submissions are made using the forms?
There are no limits of any kind when using our SiteFormBuilder.
Will I get spam from using this site?
No, we do not even store the data you enter when creating a form.
In the bottom corner of my form it says "created by SiteFormBuilder"
can I remove it?
We would be very grateful if you kept the link to us on your site, however
there is nothing we can really do to stop you removing it. However if
too many people remove the link to us, SiteFormBuilder.com will not remain
a free service.
Can I give you a testimonial to be listed on SiteFormBuilder.com?
Of course, we would love to receive a testimonial from you. Please include
